This page explains how transactions on our platforms work and how we handle billing, security, and compliance.
Transaction types
Supporter payments: one‑time contributions to support features, content, or initiatives on our owned‑and‑operated properties.
Memberships and subscriptions: recurring supporter payments for access to benefits or services on our properties.
Platform and service fees: platform fees and processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.
Note: Transactions are not charitable donations and are not tax‑deductible.
Who processes your payments
Owned & operated properties: Patriot Media and Technology LLC acts as the merchant of record for payments on our own properties only.
Client implementations: For client projects, transactions are processed via the client’s own payment processor accounts. We do not operate as a payment facilitator or money transmitter.
Renewals, cancellation, and confirmations
Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price and interval until canceled. The renewal amount, frequency, and how to cancel are shown clearly before checkout.
How to cancel: You can cancel any time via the account/manage‑subscription link provided at signup and in each receipt email, or by contacting support.
Confirmation emails: We email a receipt and your renewal terms after each purchase. For annual plans, we send a renewal reminder before the next charge.
Refunds and disputes
One‑time supporter payments: Generally non‑refundable, except for unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, or technical error.
Subscriptions: You can cancel any time. Upon cancellation, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro‑rata basis. If a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will rectify it.
How to reach us: For any billing issues, contact support at info@patriotmediaandtechnology.com. Please reach out within 60 days of the charge for fastest resolution. This does not limit any rights you may have under card network or banking rules.
Security and data protection
Processors: Payments are handled through established payment providers.
Card data: We do not store full card numbers. PCI‑DSS responsibilities are delegated to our processors.
Fraud prevention: We may request additional verification for higher‑risk or unusual transactions to protect users and our platforms.
Compliance and eligibility
For‑profit entity: Patriot Media and Technology LLC is a for‑profit company registered in Wyoming, USA. We do not issue donation receipts.
Geography: We do not provide services in sanctioned countries/regions and may restrict access where required by U.S. law.
Acceptable use: We prohibit illegal activity, fraud, and content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
